I have personally visited each home and interviewed at length, the owner and caregiver of each facility.

Some of the background and homework goes as followed:

· Retained copies of Inspection Reports from the Department of Licensing.

· Services Provided to seniors by each facility.

· Background Checks on all homes and facilities.

· Follow ups* with family members, caregivers, and “Your Loved One”

My name is Cynthia Psaradelis and my mission is to make you or your family member feel the warmth and knowledge that you should feel while selecting a home.

There will be no questions left unanswered. This is a free service. I am paid by the providers. We will be searching for a home that meets your loved ones physical, spiritual, and mental needs. Always putting your best interest first. In addition I have setup referral companies to help your move to your new home go smoothly.

Who Are We?

Here at Shades of Grace we pride ourselves on striving to provide you with all the resources and information you deserve to make an informed decision on where to place your loved one. We've done the research now allow us to show you the way to a home.

Shades of Grace was started out of a vision. But came into fruition from an experience. I had known for quite a while that I had to help seniors. I began volunteering and continue to do so to this day. My mother had been moved into an assistant living facility due to her many falls and continuous health issues. Mom had taken her last fall. She had broken her arm and was in a rehabilitation center for six weeks at the local hospital. The crisis arose when they informed us of her release in five days. Panic hit us hard. What are we to do with Mom? Neither my sister or I had the facility to accommodate Mom’s growing needs. We were handed a card from a large senior placement company; Met with the agent and so began the nightmare! She had taken us to a few homes that did not meet our needs nor my Mothers. Questions went unanswered and were never asked on our behalf. As we toured every home we had only our own eyes and no experience to guide us. It was clear that there had been no researched done and the companies representative was touring the home for the first time. What we experienced no family should endure, with that being said that is what took me on this prophetic destiny. The reason why I tell this story is because this was so wrongly handled, that its about time someone like me makes it right. That’s what our seniors and families deserve.
